Ostara are proud to announce that last week saw the first birthday of our Santander Helpdesk!
Ostara provides a dedicated 24/7 helpdesk offering real-time assistance to Santander, using Ostara’s innovative CAFM software and live reporting. The celebration was attended by representatives from Santander, and saw the team enjoy a number of events, such as a team buffet, helpdesk based quiz and cake.
The day was a great reminder of the value of our partnership, which is based on shared values and objectives, and the Ostara CAFM System forms a key part of Santander’s goal to provide their customers with an industry leading customer experience.
