Admiral Taverns Agree CAFM Software Contract with Ostara Systems

Ostara Systems Ltd are proud to welcome Admiral Taverns as their newest CAFM software client.

Ostara had previously been working with Hawthorn Leisure Limited, prior to their purchase in August 2021 by Admiral Taverns. Following the completion of this acquisition, Admiral have decided to roll out the Ostara CAFM System, that had been previously used to manage maintenance across all Hawthorn sites, to all sites in their newly merged portfolio.

Ostara began their partnership with Hawthorn in 2014, when Hawthorn were outsourcing the majority of their facilities management to a managing agent. Following the deployment of the Ostara CAFM System and processes into the Hawthorn way of working, Hawthorn were able to bring their facilities management function in house.

More recently, Ostara worked with Hawthorn on a procurement exercise, to provide cost savings through negotiated rates, as well as merged PPM visits. Ostara have also been managing Hawthorn’s invoicing process, something that will continue as part of Admiral’s takeover.

Andrew Hallam, Admiral’s Head of Property, had the following to say:

“Admiral Taverns are delighted to adopt the Ostara Property Management following the integration of the Hawthorn Pub Co into our business. After a number of years of searching, the functionality of Ostara seeks to meet the needs of a L&T Pub Estate, providing an ease of order raising and visibility of jobs that other systems over complicate. The self-serve mechanic at the contractor end, will drive efficiencies in our Property Help Desk, enabling the Admiral team to focus on Customer Service and Licensee.”
